At The Galleria Hair Salon, we take the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously. We have implemented policies and procedures to ensure that our salon is clean and safe for everyone.

Sanitation Practices: We follow strict sanitation practices to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. Our tools and equipment are disinfected after each use, and our salon stations are cleaned and sanitized between clients. We also use disposable items such as capes and towels when possible.

Handling of Tools and Equipment: Our staff is trained to handle tools and equipment safely and hygienically. We use clean and sanitized tools and equipment for each client, and we store them in a clean and safe manner.

Illness and Health Concerns: We ask that clients who are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, to reschedule their appointment for a later date. We also ask that clients who have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses to reschedule their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be ill or who poses a risk to our staff or other clients.

Allergies and Sensitivities: We ask that clients inform us of any allergies or sensitivities they may have to products or chemicals used in our salon. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and use alternative products if necessary.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Our staff wears personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves to protect themselves and our clients. We ask that clients wear a mask while in the salon, except when receiving a service that requires the removal of the mask.
