At The Galleria Hair Salon, we want to create a comfortable and professional environment for all of our clients. Our salon etiquette policies are designed to ensure that everyone can enjoy their visit to our salon.

Dress Code Requirements for Clients: We do not have a strict dress code, but we do recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, especially if you are receiving a haircut or styling service. We also provide salon robes to protect your clothing during your service. Please note that we strongly prefer that clients not bring children to their appointments to ensure a relaxing environment for all clients.

Guidelines for Behavior in the Salon: We ask that all clients behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards our staff and other clients. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. We also ask that you keep your conversations at a reasonable volume, so as not to disturb other clients.

Policy on Bringing Guests to Appointments: We understand that you may want to bring a friend or family member to your appointment. However, we ask that you limit the number of guests you bring to one, and that they do not disrupt the salon environment. We also ask that you do not bring pets, except for service animals.

Children in the Salon: To ensure the safety and comfort of our clients, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit. Children who are disruptive may be asked to leave the salon area. Please note that we cannot be responsible for supervising children during your appointment.

Mobile Devices: We ask that you keep your mobile devices on silent or vibrate mode while in the salon, and limit your use of them to avoid disrupting other clients. We also ask that you do not use speakerphone or video chat while in the salon.
